Behind a quiet guy

How many times at your workplace, you encountered quiet people?
Often are very kind and silent ones, who prefer to stay out of the crowd and not being involved in arguing, if not really needed.
They usually spend coffee break alone or with other two or three people. They prefer to breath some fresh air during lunchtime or simply go out for a walk.
Sometimes those people are confused/accused to be introvert and narrow-minded, or even worst weak and haughty.
Actually, most of them are brilliant and competent people who like to be simply as they are.
Guys and girls with a new family to take care of, who are dreamer, passionate with exploring the world, plus, they usually read a lot.
If you are lucky to meet one of them, you will discover that their typical day could be something like:

• Waking up early in the morning.
• Feeding the dog/cat.
• Changing baby's diapers.
• Managing all the house stuff, in a rush.
• If time remains, having a quick breakfast.
• Taking kids to kindergarten.
• Being stuck in the traffic.
• Working with passion and efficiency.
• Thinking how to develop new skills, with the aim to gain a salary increase to provide family with more, and more and more.
• Calling parents and see if everything is fine.
• Calling the doctor for that consultation.
• Paying taxes.
• Picking up that important box, containing that awesome toy for the kids.
• Managing an urgency at work.
• Being polite and calm.
• Grabbing something from the super market before going home.
• Preparing dinner.
• Playing with kids.
• Having a shower.
• Taking kids to bed.
• Reading or watching Netflix before going to sleep at late night.

Is this sufficient as "ability to work under pressure and with tight deadline"?
Behind a quiet guy (or girl), there is probably all the above, so do not judge or criticize them.
Try instead to approach them, they will surely be fine with this, and if you are lucky, they will be happy to share with you a piece of their awesome and troubled life.
Do not underestimate them, they are not arrogant, but simply mentally busy, most of the time.
They really do not have time to fight for nothing or to try to be appreciated by everyone.
Do not blame them, if they would prefer to be alone sometimes, they are probably trying to freshen up, granting you the privilege to be treated respectfully all the time.
Maybe there is always something to learn from them, despite all the MBAs of the world.
No matter if you are a jerk or a nice one.
Aren't they determined and squared?
